Clinton County Traffic Safety will be hosting a Child Safety Seat Check Event at the Keeseville Fire Department located at 8 Pleasant St, Keeseville, NY 12944 from 10:00 AM until 1:30 PM on Saturday October 19th, 2019. Please join us to know for sure if your child is in the right car seat. Our technicians will assist you in making sure your car seat is installed correctly, is the correct seat for the child, and make sure there are no recalls on the car seat itself. Car seats will only be given out at this event if the arriving car seat is expired or defected and a legitimate financial need can be proven with the proper documentation. This event is funded by a grant from the New York State Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
