Survey Map Requirements
- The original must be printed on paper and filed with one identical copy.
- Map must show a North direction indicator.
- Completed title block including property name and the town or city where parcel is located.
- Surveyor’s signature and seal
- Size must be either 18" x 24" or 24" x 36"
Subdivision Map Requirements
In addition to all of the above mentioned items, we also need:
- The planning board approval stamp with the chairman’s signature
- Date of the planning board approval
- Must be filed within the time frame designated by town regulations
- Size must be either 18" x 24" or 24" x 36"
- All subdivision maps must be stamped by both the Treasurer's Office and the Real Property Office prior to filing.
