In compliance with Executive Order 2020.61, voters in Clinton County may drop off completed Absentee ballots at the Board of Elections Office and Early Voting site, both located on the 1st floor at 137 Margaret St. in Plattsburgh, NY.  The ballot drop-off will be clearly marked at the entrance of each. On Election Day, voted Absentee ballots may be dropped off at any Clinton County poll site.  All poll sites will have signage clearly directing them to give their ballot to a poll worker who will then insert it into a secure bag, thus avoiding any lines or delays.  All ballots will be kept in the sealed ballot bag until they are delivered to the Board of Elections Office the evening of Election Day following the close of polls.
