Each Municipality appoints a Sports Coordinators to act as the liaison between coaches, the Youth Bureau and County Recreation Staff.
The Sports Coordinators are responsible for:
- Conducting Sign-Ups
- Submitting the appropriate paperwork
- Meeting all necessary deadlines
- Recruiting prospective Coaches
- Recruiting potential Sports Officials
- Assigning Sports Officials for home games
- Distributing game schedules
- Assisting with grievances or issues
