NOTICE OF SALE

Notice is hereby given that Clinton County wishes to dispose of the following property by sealed bids:

One (1) 1996 FORD F250 PICKUP TRUCK WITH STAHL UTILITY BOX

Runs, Needs some work

Approximately 130,000 Miles

This vehicle is being sold “as is”.

Sealed bids will be received at the County Government Center, Legislative Office, 137 Margaret Street, Plattsburgh, New York 12901, until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Successful bidder must pay entire amount due within forty-eight (48) hours of bid opening. All purchases are final and payment must be made in the form of cash or check made payable to Clinton County Treasurer. The item must be removed from the location at owner's expense within two working days of notification of bid award.

The vehicle may be inspected at 21 Arkansas St., Plattsburgh, NY, 12903. Contact the Clinton County Department of Weights and Measures at 518-565-4681 with any questions or to schedule an appointment to view the vehicle.

Please make certain that the bid contains your signature, phone number, and address.

All bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “BID FOR 1996 PICKUP TRUCK”.

The County of Clinton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
