Prior to requesting funds through STOP DWI please read the Event Guidelines. By signing the request form and applying for funding you must agree to follow at a minimum the Non-alcoholic after Prom Event Guidelines. This includes adherence to the guidelines by event organizers, chaperones and attendees.
Please submit your request for funding by returning an original copy of the request form to Clinton County STOP DWI no later than January 31st. Applications received after this date may not be approved.
Funding of up to $1,000 may be awarded. All checks will be made payable to the school.
Please submit your After Prom follow up no later than two (2) weeks after your schools event to Clinton County STOP DWI. If the follow up form is not received your school may not be considered for funding in the future.
