Third Age Adult Day Program is located at Sibley Hall at the Plattsburgh State University Campus. This program is for memory impaired, developmentally disabled and frail elderly adults, It offers socialization, exercise, dance and movement, group activities and music. Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is located at 8 Bushey Boulevard, Plattsburgh, New York. Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has designed the daytime program to provide personal care and nursing service for adults who require medical supervision. The Center provides transportation, assistance with medication, Physical Therapy, a hot noon meal and structured activities. Adult Day Health can be paid for by Medicaid, some private insurance, or directly by the participant. This program offers the opportunity for participants to remain at home and gives their caregivers the freedom to work and enjoy their lives.
